Ganz am Anfang der Lindner Flotte stand ein VW-Käfer: Mit beladenem Dachgepäckträger und vollbesetzt ging es damit eng aneinander gedrängt zu den ersten Baustellen. Im Laufe der Jahre kamen mehrere Käfer, aber auch VW-Busse und Opel Kadetts hinzu – mit der Größe der Aufträge wuchs dabei auch die Flotte. Mittlerweile verfügt die Lindner Group über einen der größten privaten Fuhrparks in ganz Deutschland: Eine große Zahl an Baustellenfahrzeugen, Poolautos und Firmen-PKWs gilt es nun zu beschaffen, zu warten und zu verwalten. Denn alle Mitarbeiter mit Festanstellung haben die Möglichkeit, einen Firmenwagen zu beantragen, der dann auch privat genutzt werden kann. Dabei achten wir darauf, dass die Wagen wirtschaftlich und umweltfreundlich sind. Für den täglichen Weg zur Arbeit bietet dies für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Hinblick auf Kosten und Aufwand meist eine deutliche Ersparnis. Das Angebot wird gerne und häufig genutzt –Hans Lindner hingegen kommt nach wie vor bei jeder Witterung mit dem Fahrrad zur Arbeit – Kennzeichen PAN–L–1. Für alle anderen unserer PAN–L-Flotte gibt es am Firmengelände in Arnstorf eine hauseigene Werkstatt, eine Tankstelle und sogar eine Waschanlage: Ob Reifenwechsel, Reparatur oder Wartung, die fleißigen Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Bereich Fuhrpark können auch mit größeren Kalibern als dem VW-Käfer umgehen.

Looking back at the beginnings of our Lindner fleet: a fully occupied VW Beetle with the roof rack loaded going to the first construction sites of Lindner history. Over the years, the size of the orders grew and also did the fleet, e.g. several Beetles, VW buses and Opel cadets became part of it. Today, the Lindner Group has one of the largest private fleets in Germany: An extensive amount of company cars, e.g. needed to handle the transport from and to our construction sites and for the use of our organisation’s employees. Those vehicles have to be procured, maintained and managed. Being a permanent employee of Lindner, you have access to a company car, which can also be used privately. But there are strict rules concerning pool car usage to avoid economic and environmental damages. Regarding the daily commuting to work, the company car is cost-saving for Lindner’s employees. Therefore, it is very popular with the colleagues all around the Lindner Group – but not with Mr Lindner, he still prefers cycling by car to work every day – number plate PAN L 1. For all other PAN L’s in Arnstorf, there is a company-owned garage, a petrol station and even a car wash: no matter if it’s a tyre change or maintenance and repair, our hard-working colleagues from the responsible department can handle every mechanic situation – even beyond the VW Beetle.
